Terms and Conditions

Once the quote has been accepted, a nonrefundable deposit of 25 percent is required to confirm the booking. This is payable within five (5) days of signing the quote. A further 25 percent is due on the day of the shoot.

Balance and additional costs incurred will be payable on delivery of the photographs/disk. These will not be released until full payment has been made. All payments can be done via EFT or cash payment. Unfortunately no cheques will be accepted. (unless prior arrangements have been made.)

Should you need to cancel the booking, kindly do so 30 days prior to the event. The deposit will be forfeited in case of any cancellation.

No other company or individual may use any photographs for advertising or commercial gain without prior written consent from the photographer. If consent is given, the photographer must be credited. Images are selected and edited at the photographer’s discretion. Unless otherwise specified, all rights to proofs, final and sample prints shall remain the property of the Rob Das Neves photography and may be used for advertising or display.

Rob Das Neves photography services both Durban and Johannesburg and outlying areas. However a surcharge of R3.50/km is added for any travel in the greater Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal areas.

Rob Das Neves Photography will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of photographic material due to unforeseen circumstances.
